Tgi Fridays - Petrodvorets

This burger is the worst I have ever eaten! It was made without any passion or love. The salad my wife had tasted like sugar because the dressing was loaded with sugar! We will never be returning. The "Mozzarella" cheese on the cheese platter was definitely not real Mozzarella. The plastic cutlery was a disappointment. The staff were more interested in playing on their smartphones than providing good service. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. It was a complete letdown.

Cold pommes, blue cheeseburger tasted not blue cheese, hangover burger had no caramelized wobbles, garlic or citron aioli and burger meat tasted badly and crocheted. koks was dead without ice. manager tried to take feedback and apologise, but they can not call this place TGI...Friday with pictures and menu from the original place and serve sadly hammered completely different burgers

This place is clearly either underoccupied or completely ignorant for its customers. first, they go in and nobody welcomes them. it took 2 minutes for someone to bring a menu. I waited 15 minutes to be recognized or served in any wise, this cursor. I went out and went to a restaurant next door. the server were actually with two different people coming after me. I travel a lot. just because I am a 23-year-old weeping that travels solo, you can't treat the customers that way.

Our private flight was delayed and we gave a BA bill for everyone on the bankruptcy. the waitresses were obviously not interested in us, but more in keeping with two trendy dressed Russian lads and those. glaze by wein, who had to pay, had to be three times, and the third time I went to the counter, the server was very brusque, told me to sit and it would be coming. when it came, eating was overcooked not surprisingly given the time and dry, and the frit were crispy. a sad end after some excellenmt service for a night elsewhere in Russia. we do not hurry up the top use tgi Fridays all over the world again

Food really below expectations and a far cry from what you get in the US (which isn't spectacular to begin with). Partner got a slightly wilted salad drenched in dressing. I got a club sandwich on stale white bread w a few slices of processed...turkey and bacon that wasn't really cooked. Would honestly pick Burger King next door another time.
