Feedback gevenSo my wife placed an order and upon her placing our order for carry out our car broke down. So they cancelled our order bc we weren 't there to pick up our food. Since our car was broken my wife called to just have our food delivered. This Pevely location was very rude not only to myself but my wife as well. I was hung up on myself 2 times. Not only was I hung up on they said that they couldn 't put our order in for delivery and they had already taken our money. They could have simply just delivered our food to us. But now we have to wait 3/4 days to have our money placed back on our card. They honestly have the worst set of customer service skills I 've ever seen in my life. Now not only did we not get our order or our money back. But we have to figure out some way to feed our 6 year old son tonight. And that 's hard to do when we have no more money to buy food from somewhere else bc they can 't refund our money for 2/3 days. What do u tell a 6 yr old why he 's going to bed tonight on an empty stomach. I truly feel like this entire situation could have been handled in a more appropriate manner with just a little bit of patience and understanding on Pizza Huts part. But bc of their less than satisfactory service skills and poor explanation of their ordering policies we all 3 will be going to bed tonight on empty stomachs. Tell me what could we have done differently in this situation? I feel like they have failed us as parents and they 've shown us that Pizza Hut of Pevely, MO. Is a sorry excuse for a restaurant and I will make it my very own personal duty to show everyone that I know and every social media outlet that they are a poor restaurant and they could truly care less about their customers. So people Beware of Pizza Hut in Pevely, MO.

Price of pizza higher than advertised, raw in middle of pizza, advertised double pepperoni and did not look double.
