Chick-fil-a Pewaukee

Staff was very friendly. Service was fast. Went again. Service still good but took 40 minutes.

I ordered curbside and I waited 15 minutes for my food and I went inside and it was sitting there and people were just standing around talking. When I got back to my car I took a bite of my food and it was cold. My fries were mushy and my nuggets were just not good. I asked for 2 ranches and got none. I also got one extra drink I didn't order.

One of the few fast food places around here that have respect in their work. Great example of how to act human at your work, for fast food

I always have a great experience at Chick-Fil-a. The food is hot and fresh. The staff is always very courteous.

Very long wait in line, 17 minutes to order and rude staff, including the manager. Many unhappy customers waiting long periods at the counter for their orders.
