Omelets Etc - Peyton

I got the Western Omelette, it was pretty good, but my green chili didn't have much flavor and my hash browns were mushy. They were fairly busy when we went but our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The restroom was clean and stocked. I wish they would've had more than just plain black coffee.

Love the healthy options that are available right now and hope they keep them! I?ll definitely be back for more breakfast if they stay on the menu. Server Joey was attentive, food was hot, and coffee was good despite them being super busy Sunday morning!

Place was packed. Ordered carnitas rellenos...i now know why it was packed. Carnita meat was tender and flavorful. The green chili had a great flavor, however it was not spicy. Nice crispy rellenos full of flavor and complementing textures as you ate it. The hash browns were nothing special but a little green chili gave them a good flavor. Price was excellent. Left with a full wallet and stomach. I will be back!

Sarah and Katijana are amazing. They recognize us every time we come in. They are very attentive and have amazing senses of of humor. The food is great and fairly priced. And their green chili is definitely one of the best I've had since moving to Colorado almost 2 years ago.

I like to eat on healthy side, so I ordered the veggie eggs Benedict plate. With a side of fruit, it was delicious!! Restaurant very full on a Saturday morning. The girls have a hard time keeping up. But they do a good job.
