We spent a great evening at Paul's we enjoyed the entrance to the dessert really the products are made home the beautiful plates and the perfect cooking nothing to say service top and beautiful frame we will soon return
Discovered during a passage to Pézenas, the map seemed very appetizing to us. We were not disappointed. The in-entry charcuterie board is very generous and the 1st choice. 'Aubrac's rib and her christmas bone, really good with good homemade fries as we love them. The burger of the 'Aubrac, worthy of a very good burger, a very good meat, cheese, salad, etc ... a real treat. As dessert one took a Breton palet with a whipped liquorice and walls, very well and the pavlova fishing a delight, in short everything was impeccable.... good a flat on the apeross, as many restaurant one forgets the accompaniment that maybe olives, peanuts or better 2/3 slices of bread accompanied by a rillette of fish (which figure of course). But apart from this detail, the staff is very friendly, smiling and professional. I recommend this establishment.
First time At Paul, a very good address I highly recommend to have a relaxing meal. We took dessert dishes and the very sufficient quantities that deserve to make a small digestive walk. We return with pleasure.
