Alfredo's Mexican Food - Pflugerville

I just tried the tacos, but they were very good. Prices are also very reasonable. I would recommend if you were looking for decent food on a budget.

Great place. Friendly and really clean with great food at a reasonable price. wonderful daily specialties and food is great- have found nothing that was not good and breakfast is best in Austin area. You will love this place

We've found it best. We are relatively new in the Austin area and have been looking for 'real' mexican (NOT TexMex since arrival. We almost gave up, but fortunately we found Alfredo's first!! This place is nothing to see from inside or outside, but the food is excellent, the restaurant clean, the owners and the staff extremely friendly and it is worth the ride to a small from the far corner of Pflugervile (thanks to us it is a few short blocks away from home! . HIGHLY recommend!

I've been going to Alfredo for about three years. Yes, they are incredibly comfortable in the heart of Pville, but I come to breakfast Tacos. Spacious size at a generous price. The Bean/Egg/Cheese Taco is what brought me into the door, but it is the chorizo and the egg with cheese that held me back. They use *real* chorizo, not spicy sausage, the other places claim than chorizo. The final confirmation of authenticity is their deception. No other options than Pork. No chicken or beef or beans/cheese, only good old-fashioned pork mast, the way grandmother intends. The masa consistency is perfect. Not crumbling, but not gumy/cury. Perfect with the right amount of spice. I love you!

We go to Alfredos all the time and love it. Breakfast tacos awesome. Mole is awesome. Enchiladas are awesome. Chips and salsa awesome. Horchata is awesome. Can't go wrong.
