Feedback gevenI wrote a review last month, but unfortunately, my phone was stolen before I could publish it. Anyway, I wanted to say that this IHOP has improved a lot! Last month, there were no issues at all. The food was served right on time, just as we wanted it. We’ll definitely be coming here more often. The omelettes and pancakes have always been great, but service used to be a problem before the pandemic. Now, everything seems to be running smoothly, and in my opinion, it definitely earns my stamp of approval!
Luna was fantastic! Even though the place was packed, she always wore a smile and was incredibly helpful with my elderly parents. We loved our experience! Thank you, Luna!
Avoid visiting on weekends. During the week, we often have Brandi as our server, and she's fantastic. She remembers our usual orders and engages us in conversation. Unfortunately, Brandi doesn't work on weekends. The manager, Millie, should be overseeing the dining experience, but she's too distracted, causing long wait times for customers. Millie's demeanor is unwelcoming; she's rude, seems angry, and never smiles. Her standard greeting is simply, "How many?" and that's about it. It's clear that Millie should be replaced, and Brandi should be promoted to a managerial position. Brandi is personable and efficient, making the dining experience so much better.
Was not here in a LONG time, but had a nice late breakfast. large blueberries pancakes with my egg meal. I would have made my eggs a little less watery, but I would have liked it. Mille gave excellent service, very fast, attentive and super nice
I've had good experiences at this location when it comes to service and food quality. The only reason I can't give 4 or 5 stars is because of what I witnessed from whom I believe to be the manager.I was sitting waiting on my to go order and the manager started scolding two employees working the front desk. She was not private about it and everyone in the waiting area heard her. She literally snapped her fingers at them. A few minutes later she came back and scolded them again. Her tone, words, and demeanor were extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Even if these employees needed to be corrected, this is not the way to go about it. I was embarrassed for them. I looked for the manager's name tag but I couldn't read it because it was faded out. I hope those employees know that that's not how they should be treated by a manager and find employment elsewhere. I left feeling disgusted by what I had witnessed. Not sure I'll return to this location.
