This place can be really good or not worth the drive. If they can hammer out their food quality consistency, it would be 5 stars. The beef is either the best you've ever had or dried out and hardly edible.

The air conditioning was not functioning, and the indoor temperature reached 87 degrees at 7 PM. Since we were meeting others for dinner before heading out for drinks, we didn't want to look for another place. I ordered chicken, but they were out of it—so frustrating! Instead, I opted for beef, which was an additional $2. The food was decent, but the heat made the overall experience quite uncomfortable.

It's like a Chipotle for Vietnamese cuisine. The concept is fantastic, and the portions are generous and satisfying for the price. I dine here frequently, and their rewards program is excellent. The food is incredibly healthy too! Don't miss out on this place!

I absolutely love the build-your-own bowl option! The rice noodles and chicken are fantastic. With so many sauce choices, you can really customize your flavors. The pickled carrots are a perfect addition. The staff is friendly, and it's a wonderful healthy dining choice in our area!

Update: Went again and the food is still fresh. I got a fried tofu bowl. The tofu was full of flavor and the bowl was delicious. ???? I wanted more tofu though. Maybe next time I will smash it up because the flavor was in thetofu. ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? I do wish there were veggie egg rolls. But the food isfresh, healthy and tasty.
