The staff have poor attitudes and lack attention to detail. I’ll give an extra star because it’s actually better than La Frontera; the food tastes better. I typically visit this place and am often disappointed by the service, but the drinks are still quite good.

That's the worst smoothie-king place I've ever been. Management and franchise owners are never present. If your order is incorrect, they will not issue any refunds that states that you will email the owner who will never respond to you. The personnel are also poorly trained. Someone should support those poor children who are probably paid $8. I just ordered two pumpkin joy smoothies and both my co-worker and I experience allergic reactions to whatever was in these smoothies. We both work in restaurants and never complain, but that's enough. We have gone to this place several times and have seen that the children are in random ingredients when their printers are down. Who knows what we just drank. Get it together and learn how to manage your business.

Absolutely the best Smoothie King around! Staff was super friendly and helpful. And the smoothies were delicious.
