While the two buffet lines are a bit small, they offer an amazing variety of dishes. The selection included scrambled eggs with various mix-ins like bacon, ham, hot dogs, nopales, chorizo, and chicharrón in both green and red sauce. There were also regular beans, chorizo beans, plain potatoes, papas a la mexicana, papas con chorizo, hash browns, bacon strips, and sausage patties, to name just a few! Everything was fresh and hot. The morning price was $10.99, with drinks at $2.89. The service was excellent as well. I highly recommend giving this place a try at least once!
I'm usually not a big fan of buffets, but this charming Mexican restaurant has truly wowed me. Although the selection isn't extensive, every dish is packed with flavor. The Pollo con Mole is outstanding, and the rice is cooked just right. The tortillas have a wonderful homemade quality and taste. The salsas are also quite tasty. The atmosphere is lively, though it isn't particularly upscale, and the service is welcoming. The only downside is that they close at 3 PM. We will certainly be coming back. Food: 5/5
I went to this restaurant for a staff meeting with my boss and coworkers, and I was truly impressed by the decor. The uplifting vibes and inspiring messages scattered throughout the restaurant added to the fantastic atmosphere. They have a buffet along with extra options for those who desire them, and the food was simply outstanding. The staff was also excellent. However, one drawback is that the layout isn't ideal for meetings. We felt a bit cramped, even with just nine of us.
The only drawback was the parking situation and the wait time. I appreciated the designated parking spot for veterans, as a service member. We had to wait about 20 minutes before being seated. I mention this so you can be prepared: parking can be tight, and there is likely to be a wait. However, if you value quality over quantity and enjoy hearty, home-cooked flavors, you should definitely check out Edith’s!
I usually don't enjoy buffets, but this delightful little Mexican spot truly won me over. Although the selection isn't extensive, every dish is absolutely delicious. The Pollo con Mole is exceptional, and the rice is cooked to perfection. The tortillas have a fresh, homemade quality, and the salsas are fantastic as well. The atmosphere is lively, if not overly fancy, and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that they close at 3 PM. We will definitely be coming back!
