Feedback gevenHad just the best experience ever and I was at many shaking! chic and gina were so nice and patient! I had a very big order and they have put into the t, with a smile while doing it! eat hot and right! Many thanks to ladies go strong it is very appreciated!
Disable the customer service from the beginning. I ignored my idea of pulling me off. menu card says $5.69 for the double combination of fry lover. I paid $7.43, I didn't do anything. I waited for a quitting to see the accusations and was told that there was none. I called back. according to the service manager, the menu card shows the prices for small combos, but the computer computer automatically charges for the medium. the fry lover’s double is a double cheeseburger with 5 frits. expect them also mayo when they ask for no mayo. update: the district manager reached and offered me the $1 difference back. she was really nice about the situation. I also found out that the menu card says $5.99 (see picture below.)
So we ordered wendys through the turquoise. instead of trusting our instincts and ordering chilis, we decided to budget and go to our location with the next and fastest. it came very quickly to our home, but every single element was either wrong or unusable. the hot dog was ordered without senf or ketchup, and it came with both on it, despite the acknowledgement clearly the obvious. my question was the color of the meat? grayish blue instead of red or brown, that is surely suspicious and definitely didn't want to eat it. then the chili cheese blowers were speckkäse, not what I ordered, but they were gratefully halfway edible if you could put the fat and the soggyries. last but not least, the chickens tender. these sat probably in fat look too heavy, even bite. this is the first and last time when they check from the checkers, always, order everywhere.
Food was delicious! But why is the ice cream machine broken for 2 weeks now. Such a big company.. and you can not invest on a ice cream machine, or FIX the current one. (Wynton Rd, Columbus Georgia)
I ordered two Big Buford sandwiches...no mayo or ketchup and a large fry. I get home and one sandwich was drenched in mayo (even though it was special ordered and I waited around ten minutes for it), neither had tomatoes or mustard and the fries were burnt. I tried calling the establishment (ten calls so far), but no one answered and the phone eventually hung up. I took pictures and I have that mess in the fridge. I will be taking it back tomorrow for a refund. The Wynnton Rd location is where I normally frequent, but they were slacking today. UPDATE: Next day Just got off of the phone with the manager (although I'm not sure if it really was the manager because she would not identify herself by name after I requested it several times). I was told that they would replace the order, but I could not get a refund because I did not have a receipt, WHICH THEY FAILED TO SUPPLY TO ME ON YESTERDAY!!! I don't want a replacement. I guess that I will instead just eat the cost and just post pics of the disgusting looking food that I received. I WILL NEVER AGAIN FREQUENT THE WYNNTON RD, COLUMBUS GEORGIA LOCATION.
