They were out of a lot of meats and didn't have anything i asked for and the sandwich i ended up ordering was more like a $2 sandwich instead of a $12 sandwich which is what I spent. Js, if you are out of everything the customer asks for and they didn't leave, you should make them enjoy the sandwich they didn't really want but ordered anyway. At least make it worth what you are charging. 12 dollars for a sandwich is too high to get a bad sandwich and the person making it was absolutely mad that they were at work. So they did not go out of their way.
I would give zero stars if I could….. I walked in at 8:45 on a FRIDAY night to get a sandwich and was told there were closed when the sign on the door clearly says they close at 10… I asked if they could just take one more customer and the worker rolled her eyes and looked away…. It would not have hurt them to take one more customer considering I watched her lock the door as I was walking up!!
No idea how this place is still in business. I should have known better than to order form here. Awful. If anyone knows the owner, let me know. I want to buy this location.
We placed our order online using the app. While on my way to pick up, the app says the order has been picked up. When I get to the store, there's a stack of people waiting for the other online orders to get filled before customers at the counter. Yes, including some of us waiting to just ask. Nope, my order hadn't even been started yet. Keep in mind a good 20-25 min AFTER the order was placed. Though I ordered a 12 outlaw, what I got was a 6 sub, barely attempted on 12 bread. You can see from the pictures.. almost 6 inches of sandwhich didn't have meat.Maybe they're just busy, if that's the case, get some more help. I watched at least two customers walk out after 10-15min without even getting their order taken.
Giving 3 starts because we go to this subway fairly my often and normally order online and normally don’t have any issues. We placed an online order today and had accidentally added an extra sub. Called up there multiple times before someone answered to see if they could remove the sub from the order. We were told we had to cancel it on our side, there is no way to cancel an order via the app it has to be done on their side. Okay cool we’ll just take the extra sub since it’s paid for.We send one person out of our group to go pick up the food, that extra sub wasn’t even in the bag so did not receive that even though it was paid for.And one of the wraps we ordered had only chicken and bacon on it and was missing everything else that was added. It’s on the receipt but not on the sandwich… the other sandwich and wrap we ordered were made correctly… doesn’t make sense.
