Taco Bell - Phenix City

How difficult is it to get someone’s order correct?! A cheese quesadilla means a cheese quesadilla, not a chicken and cheese quesadilla!!! A black bean chalupa beans and cheese only means beans and cheese only!! Should my husband have checked the food yeah probably but he didn’t and didn’t realize it was wrong until he got home, we live in Salem, so it’s not like we are right around the corner!!!!!! It’s not difficult to do your freaking job correctly, reading is fundamental, read the screen!

Foods good, but the drive thru efficiency is insanely slow I've never ever experienced a more slow establishment then Taco Bell then this specific Taco Bell. Most recently adter posting this review taco bell reached out which ive mever had anyone from upper managment take the time to address my complaint. That in my opinion could make the worst establishment one of the best. Acknowledging a need for improvement.

Food was good and fast service. It was clean and pleasant.

If you want to check my recent reviews I never really do this but when I do it’s about great service but today I change that I felt dishonored as a human being and disrespected by this service.
