Checkers - Philadelphia

Chicken was old, hard and cold to the touch. Burger was okay, fries were cold and kinda gross but I could tell they were probably bomb when fresh

It only spent half my meal $25 and got only $15 worth it. it's always something on this place and my box order looks halfway eating

I love checkers but there is not one located where I live. Everytime I go to Philly I go to the same checkers I've been going to since high school. Never fails love them

I am absolutely disgusted and loss for words. If my boyfriend and I and hadn’t decided to get both chicken and beef sandwiches to cut in half and split, I probably would have bit into this. I waited in the drive-through last night for over 30 minutes. I don’t even care to get into the details of the fact that my fries were COLD and my pies were burnt. They made us the last car for the night and shut the drive-through off behind us sending other cars on their way , not only did we still end up waiting a significant amount of time for fast food.This is what they gave me. If you don’t like your job get a new one ? Don’t serve people RAW FOOD because your ready to get off or whatever the case may be. These EMPLOYEES ARE BEING OVER WORKED and are in turn compromising the quality of the business. I LoveD checkers to be honest but this is traumatizing as hell I can’t think of a checkers with out gagging off of this experience. It only takes once for you to mess up a persons food and they never eat it again. Might I add, Employees were visibly eating in the drive-through and using vulgar language amongst each other about being shorthanded and not having time for the frustrations they were going. Where is the management team ??? What are you the manger) gonna do to MAKE SURE this NEVER happens again !!!!!????????

I went during an off hour and pre-ordered online.. expecting to grab my food and go since I had to walk 4 blocks up and 4 blocks back... at 2 am in Kensington. .. I video cuz I knew something would be issue.. so I walk up and the guy is just sitting there on his phone. So I politely waited 2 mins... so after I waited 2 mins watching my food getting more and more cold... so I knocked lightly on the window to get his attention.. I was met with major hostility ... then I get home to realize that my $4 cook your wasn't in there... ugghh
