I loved the speakeasy vibe that this place had but but I was very disappointed in the service. Cookies were amazing though.

Went here for my daughter’s 13th bday dessert after dinner in Center City. We had so much fun! Would highly recommend. Parking was tough b/c it’s right near Pat’s and Geno’s, but well worth it!!

I booked for a 9:30pm reservation for my sons 4th birthday on July 31,2022. When we arrived at 9:25pm we were told the cookie lab was closed. They lied to us because they didn’t feel like working any more. My family and I seen people inside still enjoying themselves. 833 Wharton St location. This is truly unacceptable

Called to make sure it was open, I was told it was open, made a reservation, reservation was confirmed. Got to the location prior to waiting outside in line for about 20 minutes. Finally got inside and was told the Cookie Lab was closed. Extremely disappointed
