Dave Buster's Philadelphia

This location is in need of additional staff, particularly those who are energetic and enthusiastic about their work. The low morale among the current employees is evident, and it’s clear that they could use more support.

Why bother making a reservation? I booked one HOURS in advance, but still had to wait an additional 45 minutes to be seated, followed by another 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Thankfully, the server salvaged our dinner experience. Other than that, it’s probably better to just go for the games.

Overall, it was a great experience. I brought my kids for a quick stop, primarily for the games. We ordered buffalo wings and some chicken tenders. The wings were absolutely delicious—wow! We will definitely be returning! Our waitress was friendly and attentive, even though she had a lot of tables to manage. The hostess was also lovely; I just wish I could remember their names.

The food took over an hour and was cold. The lettuce in our salads were BROWN. My wings were wrong. Nachos were stale. It took 30 minutes to get Mayo for my burger when complaining to the manager I was told “it’s not that bad right?”

Went with my nephews and they had a blast! they loved the kids cheese pizza and the pretzel hotdog lol. also, a woman took our picture and let us keep a copy for free, so we have that memory for a long time. loved that. good times. parking, however, is an egregious $30. was not happy about that. they did give us a $10 coupon right afterwards. but $20 is still way too much to park for a couple hours.
