Dunkin' - Philadelphia

The doughnuts were soft, but the staff seemed unenthusiastic. Only a young girl with glasses was attentive and focused on customer service. She made sure to get my order right when she noticed I was waiting for hash browns that had already been made. I give them 3 stars, but I won't be returning.

Loved it, and the customer service there was amazing! Only con to this place is the people at their job here play around during work!

All and àll ITS COFFEE when you need it . But they are always out of donuts by 11am so if your taking the kiddos plan for no donuts to be avail on days you sleep in. ..my kids settle on wake up wraps...when it come to coffee I LOVE IT ALL JUST WISH THEY WOULD START TO STIR THE SUGAR AND CREAM...they NEVER do. Especially when u go through a drive through they know you are driving it's so hard taking off the lid to stir the coffee when and while you're driving without spilling it everywhere.. DD .STIR OUR COFFEE PLEASE.

Tried eating here multiple times, the hot foods always has a disgusting smell/taste to them. Kinda a weird chemical smell(hard to explain) the croissant REEKS of this smell. Makes the food uneatable . Read on Reddit that it can be from not changing the microwave liners often ? Or the way the food is stored. Not sure but I won’t be coming back.

The interior of the restaurant is quite cramped, and the drive-through area appears unconventional and chaotic. The restaurant could benefit from a makeover.
