Dunkin' - Philadelphia

When the old manager was there the service was great my coffees were always made correctly. I just received a watered down ice coffee and I’m so irritated. Now that my coffees are a hit or miss I’ll never know what I’m getting, It’s time I find a new Dunkin’. So disappointed b/c this Dunkin’ was conveniently in my morning route.

Step inside to see 2 employees and zero efficiency. 1 is not even wearing a hat whilePreparing food.

Nice staff, usually not crowded when I go. They seem to have hired more employees recently. My son loves the donuts with sprinkles and their blueberry

I need to change my review. This place was great before the manager left. The place was organized and not one messed up order was received. Today I went in and it was unorganized and the lady forgot my iced coffee. When I told her about it she handed me an iced coffee with just creamer in it when I looked at the sticker on my coffee that was even wrong. The line was back up and I was not the only one with an order wrong. I have been a loyal customer and now I am on the search for a new Dunkin

I have been going to this Dunkin for couple years with no complaints. Past couple days the service was slow. Drinks are not made correctly. Most of us today in the store agreed not to come back to this store.
