Ed's Pizza House - Philadelphia

Ordered a Stromboli that had raw dough and was unable to eat. I called back to let them know and was told to call back the next day. I called back and surprisingly was speaking to the OWNER, he was EXTREMELY RUDE and hung up in my face 3 different times, didn’t even let me get my words out. If I could give them 0 stars I would but I had to let everyone know how disgusting this place is. I’m not understanding how they’re in business when the owner is aggressive and obnoxious like he is.

This man is extremely rude he doesn’t know how to talk to people. He don’t know how to take responsibility for the messed up order. The Stromboli was completely raw. the dough was not cooked at all literally as if was just heated in the microwave. He was upset because I had bite into it it to find out it was raw so he said I can’t get a refund this is not ok you don’t talk to people like they are dogs this is establishment which should be understanding of customers reactions and concerns regarding their hard work money going waste. If I was you, I would never ordered from this place this please deserve 0 star.

Horrible food! I ordered a small white pizza with spinach and ricotta cheese for 20 dollars. I got buttered bread with no other cheese but ricotta smeared all over it. I spoke to the manager who refused to refund my money or remake the pizza. This was my first and last time ordering here. Patronize at your own risk. I would have pics but I fed the pizza to my dogs...I hope they don't get sick.

I don't know why my food was served to me in this manner, but I wanted to show everyone else so they would understand what to expect when they come here to dine. Smh

I received a delivery of pizza and Buffalo wings number 9 special included the Ginger Al. Pizza was old Very very dry crusty. Luke Warm more than an hour. Wait Ticket number. 56. Order placed on June the 13th 2023. 7:06 promise time of delivery 7:31. My food was delivered at 8:04 Evidently they don't value their customers. Even when you call and let them know that they felt short on this delivery they took no accountability.
