Panda Garden - Philadelphia

The food here is definitely not as good as it was under the previous owners. I ordered shrimp and broccoli, but there wasn't enough sauce, leaving the dish quite dry. On a positive note, I do appreciate the size of the shrimp. However, they seem to overcharge for everything. I asked for extra sauce and was charged $2 for it. Additionally, they don't allow any substitutions, so if you don't like something included with your meal, you either have to eat it or skip the dish entirely. I'm very disappointed with the new ownership. Does anyone know where the previous owners moved to?

Everything online still lists it as Panda Garden, but it's under new ownership, has a new name, and the food is disappointing.

It's no longer Panda Garden. Food tastes watered down compared to original Panda Garden. General tso doesn't come with fried rice anymore and the sauce on it is bland. Seems like they're cutting corners to save on money.

I don’t think this is Panda Garden anymore. I ordered shrimp lo mein through Uber Eats and when I looked at the bag it says stir fried noodle with shrimp. I wasn’t a fan of the noodles; too much sesame oil or something.
