Feedback gevenI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff struggled to take my order correctly, repeating my requests multiple times before someone else finally stepped in. When I sat down to eat, my order was still wrong, and I was missing my second meal. The cashier then told us there was nothing he could do and that we would have to go through the process again. It was a hassle to have to rearrange everything. The service was surrounded by unnecessary complications, and there was only one sign that was hard to read. The cashier's name was “Devon,” but honestly, if they can't improve their customer service, they shouldn't be in this industry. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Despite its surprisingly good location, I won't be returning!
Should have reviewed my order before it was horrible everything I got was an 8 piece huh it was super dry and cold ended on company call because I knew when I went back, it wouldn't end well at the end got a $25 dollar gift card.
The dining experience is subpar, with exorbitant prices and poor service.
I'm baffled that a restaurant specializing in chicken can run out of chicken. The staff who take your order seem so unfazed by it, as if I should have opted for a cheeseburger or a rib sandwich instead. No, I came here specifically for chicken! Why are you even open if you don't have any?
I ask for a 3 peace meal they give me 3 very small 2 drums and a wing and cost and charge me almost 14.00 usd
