Max's Steaks Hoagies - Philadelphia

I recently visited Max's and overall, I had a pretty good experience. I was a bit disappointed that they had changed the style of their cheesesteak, but the new version was okay. The service was attentive and the prices were reasonable. Overall, I would recommend Max's to anyone looking for a good meal. However, I have always told my colleagues and friends that Max's was great for their cheesesteaks, so it was disappointing to see the change. If they want to focus on their bar experience, then they have done a good job, but I believe Max's is known for their cheesesteaks and that should be their main attraction. Hopefully, they will go back to their original style in the future.

If they are not concerned about the rough situation, they will get by far the best cheeses in philly. if they wear some of the philly sports teams, are they golden? the personal was friendly and welcoming!

Unprofessional staff. does not look clean. it looks like they're opening up if they want. pass, open sign, park and door is locked. quality of steaks has declined!

The service could have been better although I was the only person in the facility. enjoyed the wing plate, but not the chicken cheese steak.

This chicken cheese steak was EVERYTHING!! I will not buy another Chicken cheese steak from anywhere else. Spot on with the onions condiments, toppings .....??? The French fries.. BLAH....I like crinkle cut
