Rim Cafe - Philadelphia

This is by far the best cannoli I have ever tasted. I can't wait to visit Philadelphia again to have another one. Update: 12/9/23: The hot chocolate is also fantastic! :D

The Rim Cafe is an experience you 'll enjoy. Make sure you have the time to stop and relax, as this is not your drive through coffee joint. The atmosphere is like a museum. There are thousands of pieces of movie memorabilia all over the Cafe. The coffee and dessert items are literally creative works of art, especially if you ask for the Surprise Me. The desserts are made right in front of you. If you 're lucky enough, you may get told a fascinating story from the owner, Rene. He 's a amazing man who loves the USA and all it 's people!

This restaurant serves an amazing hot chocolate that is absolutely delicious. It truly is an experience worth trying and I highly recommend it.

I stopped by for a cappuccino, but I really wish I had saved room for a cannoli! They fill the shells with fresh cream when you order. The cappuccino was excellent. I would love to find a place like this back home!

What a great place. The hot chocolate was amazing and the show they put on while making your hot chocolate is worth the money. Definitely a great after dinner desert spot. Highly recommend.
