If you’re in the area and looking for a quick bite, Cucina Zapata is a must-try. They’re open Monday to Friday, and sometimes on Saturdays, so make sure to check their Instagram for their hours. While some say they only accept cash, I noticed a Venmo QR code on the truck, suggesting they also take Venmo. Don’t miss out on this food truck—you won’t be disappointed!

My last review was nearly 9 years ago... wow! This place is still as great as ever. I dropped by recently and tried the veggie burger along with a Thai tea. Prices have gone up since my college days, but now the burger comes with chips, which was a nice surprise. The veggie burger has changed a bit, but it might be even better! My main complaint before was that it fell apart too easily. However, the burger I had today was darker in color and held together much better. The guy who took my order was really friendly. When I asked if the veggie burger was the same as before, he said yes, but possibly better. I ordered around 11:45, and the service was quick and efficient. I remember waiting over 30 minutes in the past, so it was nice to have a smooth experience this time. They accept Venmo and Cash App, too. I’m glad I stopped by and I definitely need to come back sooner rather than later.

Absolutely the BEST food truck ever! Having them just around the corner from my class made college life so much better, haha. I really hope they open a restaurant in Philly someday. I'm originally from NYC and would gladly drive to Pennsylvania just for their food. The chicken was always perfectly crispy, and the sauces were incredibly flavorful. Every bite brought tears of joy to my eyes. Plus, the prices were just right for a broke college student like I was at the time!

This place is great! The fish taco is one of the best I've eaten. Lots of fish, crisp veggies and a flavorful sauce spicy but not too spicy, literally just right. Chicken katsu and Thai iced tea also. Had hungry track boys here and we all loved it. Thanks!

Visited this food truck in philly back in 2019 i have yet to find anything like this !! this was recommended by a friend as this food truck is located in drexel university , and i am so glad i got to try this yummy deliciousness! cucina zapata is a korean mexican fusion food truck i remember the cap 'n crunch tilapia burrito was around $6 so it 's super worth it !! i heard that they were closed during COVID but they are open again! if you are ever around the philly area, i recommend checking them out. also don 't forget to bring cash (just in case they don 't take card) !!
