Spuntino Philly - Philadelphia

This is an italian: I say it immediately: spuntino wood fired pizzeria is hands down the best pizzeria in philadelphia. I had the pleasure of having a real, excellent, Italian/napoleatan pizza. the dough and the yeast were clearly chosen by someone who knows what it takes to make a good pizza, and it was cooked for perfection at 900f in a dome-shaped oven. the crust was well climbed, soft, elastic, light, tasteful, with beautiful bubbles as it should. the topping ingredients were incredibly high quality and paired with carefree and balance. had a white formaggi with a local ipa. I wish I knew it earlier.

Our dinner was amazing. the two chefs were hunting all trades. they did everything and still managed to make amazing food. highly recommended. will be 100% back.

Sal is amazing and eating is incredible. such a great place! they will not be disappointed.
