Tandoor IndiaFishtown - Philadelphia

Our reservation was not honored and we were turned away at the door, being told the restaurant was full. The staff were rude and provided no compensation for the inconvenience. Photos on another website suggest there have been incidents of bugs in the food. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

The samosas were delicious. The vegetarian korma was just right for a chilly winter evening. The salmon masala was a bit salty but still tasty. Good prices. Service was a bit slow.

The train noise is really annoying, but the food and service were excellent. The outdoor seating was also a nice touch.

This place was really underwhelming. i felt like the portions were really small for the prices they were charging. I got the Goat(Indian spicy), I wish it came with a side of rice or something. They do not sell hummus there so small plates are limited to hot food options. It was really hot inside so we sat outside, but it is right underneath the El train so it can get loud. The waitress was nice, but a little spacey and all over the place. It is fine for a quick bite, but in that area there are so many good restaurants it is tough to recommend for a great dinner to get your moneys worth
