Tradesman’s Philly - Philadelphia

Ended up being party of one, and it was fantastic! My server was so wonderful and recommended the Sriracha maple wings and they were amazing! The right amount of heat and the right amount of sweet! Will be coming back!

First time at Tradesman, I wasn’t sure what to expect, however I knew I wanted barbecue. I must say the food portions were really big and the food was excellent. I will definitely be back and the collard greens were the most memorable part of the meal.

FOOD Very tasty, well prepared, delicious, our party was very pleased SERVICE Top notch. Our wait staff was very helpful and accommodating to us geezers AMBIENCE Well, that place is too noisy for me. A food event is a social gathering and it was just too loud to have a meaningful conversation. Glad my hearing it starting to fail as it will help in the future. DOWNSIDE QR codes. Guess what. Not everyone has upgraded to your fancy schmancy high tech menus. This alone might cause me to cut your place off any of my future dining plans. Please give us oldies a break. On the good side, you are still accepting cash. Thank the gods for small favors.

Really cool decor and the food was good. The brisket was small portion and I don’t usually eat a lot so not sure why such a small portion.

If I have to give more than 5 Stars I would! The brisket was absolutely incredible! I have eaten authentic southern barbecue, and this brisket was absolutely top notch! Perfect amount of fat, salt, spice! Absolutely delicious! I I’ll be back when I visit the city again!!
