Architects Grill - Phillipsburg

I visited for Mother's Day brunch and unfortunately, the experience fell short. The food was just average and the service was lacking. It felt quite underwhelming overall. Several buffet stations were empty, and I noticed no staff at the carving station both times I went there. Given the quality of the offerings, it felt overpriced. I won't be returning.

I wholeheartedly recommend Thyme Restaurant for any of your event needs. I hosted my son's baptism celebration there, and I was impressed by the exceptional food and service. The server even volunteered to take a group photo for us. I later returned for my daughter's recital dinner, where we were seated on the patio with a stunning view of the golf course. Once again, the food and service exceeded my expectations!

Well, to say the least, we were very disappointed with the atmosphere at their Mothers' Day banquet. Arriving in the pouring rain, we were guided back to a three-sided tent with only one heater. Our reserved table was in the direct line of the prevailing wind, thus we were cold. The crowded situation at the serving tables was distracting, and while the wait staff tried their best to accommodate everyone it wasn't difficult to see they were overwhelmed with attendees. Would recommend a better tent with more heaters should next year a similar weather pattern presents itself

Went for Easter buffet...nothing special...strange layout..mediocre food...slow service

The food is outstanding, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Be sure to try the BBQ Fridays during the summer, and the Sunday Brunch is excellent all year round.
