Burger King - Phillipsburg

I am unsure why this particular restaurant location always seems to have issues, but today I encountered a problem with their speaker system not working. When I went to the window and politely explained that I could only hear static, the employee seemed to imply that it was somehow my fault. Despite saying hello multiple times and patiently waiting for a response, I was met with an attitude and told that their equipment was broken. It's disappointing to hear that they were even out of Coke just a few weeks ago. It's time for Burger King to get their act together.

This Burger King is average. The service was fast, the food was decent, and the staff were friendly. We were in and out of the drive-thru in less than 5 minutes.

I had to repeat my order three times at the drive-thru, and still my order was incorrect. I requested a cup holder for my three drinks, but the employee seemed annoyed and I ended up missing an order of French fries when I got home. I will be going to the other Burger King in Pohatcong from now on, even if it's further away.

Terrible. still waiting, 20+ minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars. they don't have my mobile order I placed before even sitting in this awful line. asked three times.for ketchup. they don't listen. this place legitimately stole my money and told meto get lost about my mobile order. separate order I mad ended up being disgusting. awful. awful. awful. avoid at all costs.

I normally avoid this burger King at all cost. But I decided to stop as I was in a rush and McDonald's line was huge. Well I'm glad I did! The person who took my order and was at the window (Roddy I believe) was very kind and went above and beyond to makesure my order was perfect. The women working as well were amazing and made my food properly (I didn't catch their names) but Idefinitely will be back.
