Feedback gevenI've been an IHOP fan since childhood. Most are great. This is literally the worst IHOP I've ever had. I tried to give it a chance, so this is my fifth (and last) visit to this place, since it was built, just a few years now. Unfortunately, I didn't have a three-star visit, but yesterday I said One More Try. After ordering our dishes and drinks, the blueberry limonade comes with fresh blueberries...big, right? One of the blueberries was covered in form. The berries on the top right! Who could miss that? I called the waitress to the table to inform her, she took the glass and went away. No shocked look, no answer. Instead, she stopped the waitress from the kitchen and asked her if she was mold. Really? The waitress answered, yes. Our waitress goes on to the kitchen to talk to others. The result? My party and I never went back. We can trust NIE what we eat. Too bad we can not rate them a negative five!!!
Had a very good experience here. Our food was very fresh and very tasty no complaints. We recommend this IHOP to everyone with a family or by themselves. We had a lunch here and it was a very pleasant experience!!! Will go with the whole family again?
I was a bit skeptical to come here for some reviews, but I'm glad we did. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive and the food is absolutely delicious. We had omelets and pancakes and both orders were perfect. I wish they kept their chicken Florentine Crepes and French Vanilla coffee on the menu. These are the 2 favorite clips of me and I was sad to hear that they don't make them. I must admit that Mushroom and Spinach Omelet is a very close sub for the Chicken Florentine Crepes, so I was happy with my selection.
Terrible service. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs and side order of potato pancakes with sour cream and apple sauce. After waiting 10 minutes the waitress brought my eggs on a separate plate from the potato pancakes. Eggs were ice cold. Asked for a single plate which she reluctantly brought to the table. Told her the eggs were cold and she took them off my bill. However, when I received the check I was charged 2.99 for a container of apple sauce which I wasn?t told that it would be an extra charge. Called customer service and was told that the manager would call me back. That was 4/6. Called customer service yesterday (4/21) to advise that no one called me. Told them not to bother that I wouldn?t step foot back in the Phillipsburg location and that I would post the unacceptable service
I understand times are hard, and the restaurant industry is understated. That means we waited in the lobby for 10-15 and saw only one server working. She looked right like us, realized that she saw us, went back to the kitchen and never returned. We just waited. If we couldn't sit for so long, I know the service would have been slower. There was a second employee in the kitchen near the take-out page, bc numerous tordash orders were picked up. To ignore irresponsible and rude. We stopped here on a long journey and had to pack our family back from 3 and find something else. You know it's bad when the doorkeeper says how terrible the service is. The restaurant had a number of chairs that block the rear half of the restaurant, as well as the bathroom. Very unwilling. you have not recommended
