Pizza Hut - Phillipsburg

--- For a Pizza Hut, you might not expect much, but let me tell you about my wonderful experience at the Phillipsburg location. I only started going there in December after I got my driver's license, and since then, the managers and staff have continually impressed me with their kindness and dedication. Today, on March 10, 2019, I visited and noticed that Daryl, the manager, was working alongside only one delivery driver. While I’m usually patient, I could see that not everyone shares that quality. There was a customer who seemed to be in a rush, and even though Daryl was busy preparing our food, he remained calm and composed. This customer was a bit rude, but Daryl handled the situation with grace and treated her with respect. By the end of their interaction, she left with a smile, which speaks volumes about his character. I felt compelled to write this review because the team's consistent excellence since December deserves recognition. Thank you, Daryl (I hope I spelled your name right), and to everyone at Pizza Hut for going the extra mile. Sometimes it’s not just about the food; it’s the kindness, thoughtful gestures, and smiles that truly bring customers back. Thank you!

The staff on the day I visited were very friendly. However, I wasn't pleased with the beef I ordered; it wasn't up to my expectations. Despite that, I will continue to order two pizzas from this place. One thing that concerns me is their deal for $7.99 for a large two-topping pizza. Extra cheese costs extra, and I believe it should be included in the deal.

Fantastic! I'm so glad I stumbled upon this pizza place on my way home! Ken is an exceptional manager and a great communicator! Josh and James provided excellent service! The cheese breadsticks are incredibly tasty! I can’t wait to return when I'm heading east!
