Wonderful dinner here with good service and great foods , definitely will back soon! Highly recommended
Visited last night with family friends. Great steak and house wine! Loved every bite of it and surely enjoyed. Probably one of the best steak houses in PP and won't make you disappointed. Reservation recommended!
Excellent as always. Every time I visit Phnom Penh, I eat here. I recommend the Rossini with a glass of red.
My colleague and I ordered the smoked Salmon salad and the French onion soup as appetizers. For the main course he chose the Kampot Pepper Steak; I, the Côte de Boeuf. For wine we went with excellent yet inexpensive) house red. The onion soup was a revelation; everything else, exquisite. Armand has an stellar world-class reputation and lived undeniably during our visit. The service was also exceptional, but never intrusive. The bistro owner, on the photo that wears the white shirt and stands next to the Sauté cook, was on hand, as I am told, is usual), and worked to create the perfect ambience through his attention to the guests and his sharp recommendations. If you are in Phnom Penh and want French cuisine, Armand's: The bistro is a must visit. As an indication of Phnom Penh expats I am one), the prices are higher than most other places near Riverside or Wat Phnom that serve western food of one or another. This is a case to get what you pay for and more) regarding the overall quality, value and experience. I have published pictures that list the starters and main menus. If this is not in your budget, just don't go: complaining about the costs seems ridiculous. For me, Armand is both a pleasure and one of my favorite experiences in memories of Phnom Penh. Good money.
