*edit* This location has been going downhill... staff is rude and impatient even to delivery drivers... and they're forgetting ingredients in our togo orders ? and skimp on their ingredientsI really love their steak and their corn salsa and I like that they have a rewards program via their app. This location seem to be nonstop busy, but it's never too long of a wait, they also don't skimp on their bowls and burritos
I ordered here, and chose delivery. Immediately after paying, I realized I just paid 21 dollars for a burrito that I could've picked up for 10.My fault for sure. Immediately (within 5 seconds) I went to cancel the order, or change to pick up, as it is only 1 mile away. The insanity of routing back and forth between different apps and companies was insane. I even was offered to call an invalid phone number for resolution.This digital infrastructure is SO easy to fix, yet no one does.Do better, Chipotle.
Placed an online order and they gave me like half of the portion of rice that they usually do. they did it for one other bowl i ordered as well. it’s too expensive to be getting less than normal portions.
The person who was about to make my order scratched his head with his glove then grabbed my plate to begin my order I asked him to change his gloves and unless I asked he wasn’t go to do it.
