Great food and Arturo provided amazing service even when it was during rush hour. He was extremely kind, cheerful and attentive. Wanted to shout out because I know the emotional labor of the customer service industry isn't easy and I was super impressed! Brightened my day :

This locations says it’s open until 10 pm on Fridays. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! Uber Eats only: I went in at 9:15 pm. There were 4 items left and she said they will not make anything else unless I order them thru an online app. The food was cold and GROSS!!!! At least an hour old ?

Panda, your like the post office, charge more and get less. The prices are higher (OK), but the portions should be the same. Not at this location. The only thing they give about the same maybe more is the white rice. Probably to try and trick you into how little you get of the actual entree. They used to cut up the teriyaki chicken in a manageable way and somewhat presentable, now they just put whatever size the piece of chicken is on your plate. I could of dropped my 2 plate upside down and shaken it and it would of looked exactly the same. Come on Panda, you can't expect people to be ok with charging more while getting smaller portions that aren't even halfway presentable to eat. Was not one of best visits.

I love the 3 entree pick of Teriyaki chicken, Orange chicken, and Firecracker shrimp. Mmmmm!

They messed up my drive thru order. Gave me double shrimp the only entree they have I can’t eat lol but I went back in and the manager made it right and gave me my original order. Well done. Good manager. Tuesday 4/2 at 345pm. Didn’t get his name.
