Our server Antwan was very good, nice, polite, attentive, to a group over 15 people. He got all the orders correct, drinks correct. He did a great job. The new location he's going to be good to this young man.The manager and staff there today were good and supportive. Now I can give you 5?? ov'em!Wheelchair accessibility: They have a nice ramp like way for all guests to use

Overall, I'm a repeat Red Robin customer.First time at this location and was not super thrilled as my expectations where set by other locations.The specialty burger seemed smaller and the bread was not as soft as normal. A little nit picky on how I am use to getting it all in a red basket so, having my burger and fries on a standard plate killed the Red Robin standard experience. The basket doesn't change the taste of food but, can change the atmosphere and experience.Also, this location had nats or other type bugs flying around location in which one landed in my dipping sauce. Bugs are bugs and can't monitor where they land but can eliminate the landing by not having them.Server was great. Nice, upbeat and professional so, the server saved the overall experience.May or may not try this location again.

My husband and I went in during Happy Hour today. We were served by a gentleman named Chris who went above and beyond for us. He was very attentive, polite, had an awesome Ninja Turtle Apron and was just on top of everything. Thank you so much for making what could have been a random Monday dinner into something memorable Chris. Will definitely be visiting again.

The dining area is highly themed for the traditional Americana burger joint atmosphere and very inviting for guests of all ages. Never ending fries are REAL here- you have to try it with some of their house seasoned salt that’s conveniently located table side. There more than just a burger shack- tons of options with salads, pizzas, chicken more. The service was fine- she kept checking the table, which was nice- just seemed a little robotic with her actions repeated phrases. They also have gluten sensitive vegetarian options on the menu. Very ADA Friendly.

We got sick after we ate there and we love Red Robin. Won't be going back though.
