Feedback gevenOrdered: dark meat chicken teriyaki bowl. I was disappointed with the chicken to rice ratio. I threw away most of it, because what was left was mostly rice I was still hungry. Wish it had more protein. I’m watching my carb intake so I was not about to eat all that rice. ;
This is a place that became familiar. Quickly! I think it comes from the people that built this house. At least once a week, I call these wonderful folks. It's almost the same order every time. By the time I'm ready with one of my mildly wise-arse comments, they'll either recognize the voice or my phone number and it's like Sunday dinner with the family. The prices are great, the food is very good, but the thing that impresses me most is the personal investment that they have in their clientele. It all comes back full circle: the restaurant is clean, the servers address the guests personally, it's always as I order it and more often than not, BEFORE the quoted time. Those are guidelines to one end, a satisfied guest. As long as they keep operating with that principle in mind, they will always have a return visit from me. And these standards are held by everybody from the owners, to the folks up front and the folks in the back. I've met the owner several times and this is definitely goals that he and his staff focus on for every guest and you can tell from the moment you walk in the door, until the time the tables are cleared. This is one of a handful of places that I don't have to look through the bag to be sure the order is right. I realized that I haven't talked much about the food but, I can tell you with this much they put into the service of it, you can tell that bench mark of quality is there in every dish.
