Feedback gevenThis restaurant used to be good but has gone downhill since early 2023. I have had multiple issues such as items regularly being unavailable, extremely long wait times, employees goofing off and making inappropriate comments, receiving old and cold food, being overcharged with no ability to refund, and charged for items that were no longer available. I have tried to contact management with no success, so I stopped going there last summer. Recently, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a new item, but was charged for the wrong size and received subpar cheese sticks. The service was slow despite minimal customers, and the employees seemed disorganized. The outdoor sign has been broken for months, adding to the disappointment. Please improve, Sonic!
Our food order was significantly delayed with a poor excuse given. As we drove away, we realized that the sauces were missing from our bag.
