Applebee's - Phoenix

The food was decent. I ordered a well-done burger, but it came out half pink and half cooked properly. I also ordered a salad, which didn’t arrive until I was almost finished with my meal. I would have preferred to have it at the beginning instead.

Our server was fantastic! She provided us with excellent recommendations about the dishes we were interested in, and she was spot on—they were delicious! That's why I'm giving 4 stars. However, we did have to wait about 5 minutes for the hostess to seat us. During that time, the manager was sitting down, eating, and chatting with a friend. Even though we were waiting (by this point, there were three parties ahead of us), the manager noticed us but chose to ignore us. Instead, she made sure the hostess and other servers attended to her and her friend first.

We had a fantastic time! We all came together to bid farewell to one of our coworkers. The service was excellent, and they handled our large group without any issues.

I'm keeping this one simple. It's Applebee's. This is nothing fancy. Just chicken fingers and french fries, but it was cooked perfectly and came out hot and fresh. Our server was a delight, the hostess was a real hoot, and overall this is exactly what makes Applebee's a reliable choice when you just need a meal you'll be familiar with without breaking the bank.

Not bad for Applebee's beer is cold my salad yes I said salad was good ????
