Bleacher's Sports Grill - Phoenix

This sports bar served as a great reminder not to judge a book by its cover. The exterior signage is somewhat worn and could use a refresh to attract more attention, but once we stepped inside, I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, modern, and the food was delicious, all complemented by a fantastic atmosphere. It did get a bit loud when the DJ started playing, but by that point, we were nearly finished with our meals, so it wasn't too disruptive. I look forward to going back for more!

From the menu, I ordered a Reuben sandwich, with an extra charge for sweet potato fries, and a side of coleslaw. Both the fries and slaw were good, but the sandwich was a bit small and the flavor of the corned beef was just okay. It could have used more sauerkraut, and I was surprised that there was no Swiss cheese or Thousand Island dressing on it. When the bill came, I noticed a $1.06 charge for using my credit/debit card, which I wasn't happy about. I understand there are costs associated with card payments, but aren't the charges for debit cards different? Accepting card payments generally helps to reduce the risk of counterfeit bills. Overall, I doubt I’ll be back. I've had better sandwiches at another sports bar just a few minutes away, and they don’t pass those extra charges onto their customers.

I just relocated here from Missouri, and I absolutely love this bar! They have pool tables, darts, a touch tunes music system, fun lights, and a cozy atmosphere. Valerie was our bartender, and she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and relatable. She was very helpful, and the drinks were fantastic! Since it's so close to home, we'll definitely be coming back!

I went for dinner and the Chipotle chicken sandwich was perfect. A relaxing atmosphere with a creative menu. Basic appetizers taste great. Jalapeno poppers are great. Go for sports or just a snack or a steak dinner. There is no bad on the menu.
