How Good Depends On What You Order. I have been to Carolina's a few times.
I had a small event catered by Carolina's and it was fantastic.
We ordered for delivery...the food was great! Their tortillas and chorizo...Yummy! Has been a family fav for years! ?
Carolinas is a good fast food Maxican with food that tastes like home cooking. It's not glamorous, but who needs a fancy restaurant when the food is good? The food is a little messy, so be prepared for it.
