Feedback gevenWe sat outside on a beautiful day. Although it was hot in Phoenix we were under the covered patio and it was nice and Breezy. The food was fresh hot and tasty. Everyone enjoyed their meal.
The outdoor seating was nice and comfortable. The music was a little loud. The food was wonderful. I had the seafood risotto and it was cooked to perfection. An ample amount of shellfish in a flavorful tomato based broth served over rice that was al dente. The service was borderline acceptable. There was no hostess and the waitress didn't know how to check my reservation through OpenTable. I had to show her the reservation from my phone (glad to have the App. . She gave me the incorrect menu (dinner, not lunch and did not offer a drink menu or even ask if I wanted a beverage. She couldn't answer a question I had about a menu item. I don't blame her, she was clearly never trained. She appeared distracted and confused. I'm glad I wasn't there during a peak time or on a tight schedule.
Food was good but over priced. Waiter was rude and never picked up plates between appetizer and the meal definitely a pet peeve of mine. Overall good experience and good food though happy looks like the most worth it time to go here and the location is nice for downtown
I've eaten here before and although I think it's affordable, the food has alot to be desired. Not hot, no flavor and laise fare about the experience.
WE WENT TO CUCINA-CUCINA FOR MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY PRIOR TO A SHOW AT SYMPHONY HALL. THE MANAGER-OWNER CAME TO THE TABLE AND WAS EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING. DINNER WAS VERY GOOD AND WE WILL BE BACK. GOOD LUCK AND THANK YOU
