Domino's Pizza - Phoenix

Tried to call the store to inquire about my order for delivery placed well over an hour ago, as the tracker just stopped updating. Robot voice confirms my order for delivery n says I can hang up or wait to speak to someone, so I wait and it just turns into a busy signal. I’m not mad I’m just hungry AF and wondering where the hello kitty my food is. I’m too skinny to be waiting this long on some pizza.

Pizza is always good. But the customer service needs working on. Luis is rude. Don’t ask no questions he’ll get to rolling his neck and clicking his tongue ring.

Please do not order from this Dominos. I ordered for delivery, my food was never delivered. Granted my number was input wrong, I tried to call the store and they took their phone off the hook. Even though I ordered from them multiple times, the never tried to delivery it to my house. The delivery driver tried to get loud with me, so we exchanged some words. I still never got money back from having to pick up my own pizza even though I ordered for delivery. Do not go here, they will take your money and try not to make things right. I even called today to talk to a manager, and still no answer!

Clean store, quick service, cheese pizza, chocolate lava cake, and alfredo pasta tasted better then I remember it! The $5.99 deal roped me...I will definitely not wait as long between visits!

Told delivery man I had just had hip surgery and needed him to bring pizza to my door instead of the front office of my complex. He refused saying he was to busy to deliver to my door I needed to meet him at the from entrance. A. His job is to deliver the pizza to me, not me to hunt it down. B. This saved zero time as walking down post hip surgery on crutches isn’t faster then him bringing it up. He was just lazy. Tried to call manager to talk about it and the first time I asked for a manager I was hung up on. The second time put on hold for 20min. It’s crazy to me how bad the customer service is at this dominos. It’s crazy the delivery man even with a 20% tip is to busy to actually deliver the pizza and the manager is to busy to help customers. This location and its employees seem to care 0% about customer service. They don’t even care how long it takes to get your food. I’ve had orders take 3hrs from this location. Highly recommend going anywhere but here for pizza.
