El Pollo Loco - Phoenix

I purchased a $50 digital gift card back in 2020, and as of today, November 16, 2022, I still haven't been able to use it. I've contacted customer service multiple times and received a replacement, yet for some reason, I still can't access the funds on the card. This is incredibly frustrating. All they keep saying is that they'll look into it. I recommend staying away from their gift cards.

Asked for a double chicken bowl with no sour cream and they gave me a bowl with sour cream. When I let the person know they said sure no problem I?ll take care of it and when they return the bowl they just cleaned it out but have the same bowl with sourcream smeared on the side of the bowl and on pieces of the chicken.

We are staying at the hotel right next this place. We read the reviews and thought we would save our money. Then we got hungry. So we thought ok we will try it. I got the 4 piece chicken. Mashed potatoes and gravy and the beans. It came with 4tortillas. It was awesome. My husband got the street tacos. They also were delicious. Everything was hot. We were pleasantlysurprised and now we are stuffed.

I placed my order at the drive-thru, and unfortunately, the young woman working there was so rushed that the service was quite poor. Whenever I tried to ask her something, she interrupted me and shut the window in my face three times. After I got my order, I went inside to grab some salsa, and the cashier there was just as hurried. I remained polite and never rude to them throughout the experience. On the bright side, the food was good. It was Valentine's Day around 11:00 am, and they didn’t seem very busy at all.

Maggy was wonderful! I asked her for a recommendation, and she guided me perfectly. The beef quesadilla was exceptional. The food was fantastic, and the service was even better. I'll definitely return as long as Maggy is there. She treated me like family!
