I was very excited, I love her coleslaw and cookies. we have a 12 PC meal and there were the most crisp chicken pieces I've ever seen. they were all tied and finished and we got 1 bucket with nothing but tied drumsticks and a few legs. I just like white meat, so thank you for leaving. Now I remember why I stopped going to the ones with us and probably why it closed.
Horrible service every time, always out of chicken. I asked for half spicy and half regular and this is what I got
No food, out of food. Didnt get gravy, didnt get all of my tenders. Order 3 different meal deals forgot biscuits on one of the orders. My meal deal that was around 45.00 only got one gravy. Mash potatoes had black on them, they were burnt. Nobody cares anymore. No customer service.
If I could give it no stars I would. DO NOT EAT HERE!There didn 't seem to be a employee over the age of 20. The customer service was horrible. I dined in and every customer who came in (4 including me) had a issue with their food.My chicken wasn 't cooked all the way when I showed it to 4 staff members they looked at it like they didn 't know what they were looking at and I was told as long as it 's not bleeding it 's done by a guy who looked like he was 12.
I did Not have a good experience. I went to this location as it is in my old neighborhood. The other location was not close to where I was going.I pulled up to the side of the building and tried to enter the restaurant, but the doors were locked at 2--2:30 in the afternoon.?? So I decided to try the drive-thru.I sat by the speaker box for several minutes and heard nothing. So I said hello and someone answered and said to give her a moment.I then placed my order for (2) #2's.....2 piece white meat meals.....1. Original recipe, the other Extra Crispy, mac cheese for the side in each, and a large side of coleslaw and my choice of drinks. $24.73 total. (She didn't give me a receipt)She did say they were short staffed when I mentioned about the lobby doors being locked. I told her that I understood and that it was ok.When I got home, I opened my box that was supposed to be Extra Crispy, and what I saw looked like original recipe that was cooked the day before(it was very dark), and it was too hard to even chew....both the wing and breast piece were so overcooked and not edible. And they were definitely Not extra cripsy. Just extra dried out.The chicken pieces in the other box was original recipe, and it was under cooked...the coating was mushy.I called the store and the phone just rang, so I didn't get to speak to anyone.I got called in to work at my job that day, on my day off, and I was trying to get something to eat before I went in, but since it wasn't edible, all I ate was the mac and cheese. (The other meal I ordered was for someone else)Since I couldn't reach anyone by phone, I drove back to the store. I observed that the doors were still locked and there was at least 5 or 6 cars in front of me. So, I waited.I finally got to the order speaker and I told the young man what happened after at least 20 minutes in line. And he agreed to replace my chicken, which he did, but they only had original recipe....so I never did get my Extra Crispy that I was craving, and I had to wait until about 11 pm that night to finally eat, because my job was busy and short staffed as well. So, Again, not a good visit, but the young man did try to make it good when I went back.I definitely understand about the under-staffed issue, but no one should be served food that is not edible.I would have waited for Fresh chicken or ordered a different option. The first pic below is the dark, dried out pieces, the other pic is the undercooked piece.
