Little Caesars Pizza - Phoenix

One of the better Little Caesar is in the neighborhood. Usually quite fast for special orders and if not done properly, they will do it again. Helps a lot if you have a family member with certain food allergies.

I ordered a pizza online and paid for it. When I picked them up, they had given my orders to someone else. You wouldn't correct the order or give me a refund. When I talked to her mgr, they said they called the company office. I called her and still no contact back. So no money or pizza. Your customer service is terrible.

Still love the bread sticks and the Fanceroni rocks and is amazing! It definitely earned 5 stars. Had to hit a star for the waiting period. It would be ready in 10 minutes. 35 minutes later we were finally finished. Other than that, food was great.

Waiting for an hour to get one single pepperoni pizza that came out to me cold. They didn't bother to tell me my pizza was ready till it was cold, I'm very upset that I got handed a cold pizza and it was cut very unevenly all while waiting for an hour..... The workers are VERY VERY VERY slow it was beyond ridiculous, I'll never go back, so you get -10 stars

IT WAS ALL CRISPY BURNED. I ordered a cheese thin crust pizza, breadstick combo and Italian cheese bread and it came via doordash. When I opened my breadsticks bag they were all hard and my pizza has hardly ANY CHEESE and is TOO CRISPY, its way over cooked or they heated the oven too high to cook it faster and it's overdone; I would rather play frisbee with it... The only thing that's DECENT is the Italian cheese bread and even that had hardly any cheese...
