Little Caesars Pizza - Phoenix

This restaurant is truly disappointing, and I don't say that lightly. The staff is extremely unprofessional and clearly shows a lack of concern for their work. They lie about the status of your order, claiming it's almost ready even when they haven't started it yet. The cleanliness standards are appalling; there are no gloves or hairnets in sight, and employees handle all the ingredients after touching various other items. It's really unsettling to witness. I have voic ed my complaints before, but nothing has changed. It feels like a waste of time. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. You can thank me later!

I used to think the pizza wasn't great, but there was an issue with my order. Luckily, my boyfriend took the initiative to resolve it, and I'm really glad he did. The pizza today was absolutely perfect! The amount of cheese and pepperoni was just right. This location has really improved since I was last here.

The young men working today were fantastic! I faced some issues while placing my online order, but the manager was incredibly helpful. The young man at the register was very friendly with all the customers who came in. Plus, my Italian cheese bread was delicious! Thank you all for your hard work and for making such great pizzas and cheese bread!

RUDE RUDE RUDE. You can completely tell there is no training here. You call in to put in an order and the lady was so rude and wouldn?t let me even talk. Also make sure to check your pizza before you leave, they?ll probably give you the wrong one ?????
