Mcdonald's - Phoenix

This was my third visit hoping it would get better but it definitely wasn't! The food was horrible and the prices are high for McDonald's ??Food: 1/5

I avoid this McDonald's because of the horrible customer service. But I live near by and my sons autistic and has melt downs . Orders are hardly corrected. And they dnt see a problem with their service ?

Nasty food Fries tasted old and over fried so was chicken they said sit and they would bring food but they yelled for us to get food

One of your employees, Brittany, is absolutely wonderful! She deserves a raise! She is the main reason I will continue to dine here, and you should thank her for that. She truly enhanced my dining experience! I highly recommend her.

Do not go to this place they are supposable short on the staff and will only open a track to order. the line goes out of her autobahn and when is her application to order and wait longer because they are too busy. they cannot even treat the same two cars that were before them. the workers will not welcome them even if they can be annoyed and they are careless about what they think. we are just short staff.
