Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

When Red Robin opened at Happy Valley Towne Center, food and service were excellent. Over time, it seemed to me and others that the quality of the service and the toughness of the food went back. Someday I stopped protecting this place. Today my son proposed that we try this place again. I was very impressed! I ordered a veggie pizza with cauliflower crust. The vegetables were roasted for perfection and the cheese melted perfectly. I can't say enough good things about the charcoal. I couldn't even say it was cauliflower! It was tasteful, chewing and baked to perfection! My lunch companion Burger was juicy and tasteful. The fress were crisp and hot. Service was excellent! Kudos, whoever gave this Red Robin location a much needed upgrade. Thank you. I will return with family and friends.

Visiting Phoenix we were craving a good burger. Well RED ROBIN was the place. It started w/ the greeter, she was very nice. We got seated in the bar area. Vanessa was ourwaitress. Man o man her personality and professionalism was amazing. Not just with us but every table she was assigned or even customers passing through. Her spunky attitude was the icing for our visit. The drinks were great. The burgers were yummy. Overall I totally recommend this RR and please request Vanessa. She will definitely make your visit so much better. Thank you again Vanessa. The Vegan burger was good ? but I have one thing to add: when you go there, make sure to remind them if you ask for range or any dressing because they forget to give me range and balsamic vinegar for my salad ? and that wasn't a big deal for me, because I enjoyed the meal with my friend. Moreover, their staff were friendly and nice! ?

Took my 3yr old here for his first time. My burger exceeded my expectations (and I've had lots of burgers here b4). It was probably the best burger I've had there in a very long time. My sons chicken and fries were cooked to perfection. Unfortunately my garlic fries were so greasy they were limp, which is the sole reason for my 4 stars vs 5. I realized after the fact they were bottomless and I should have just asked for replacement fries, but I'll just keep it in mind next time.

I had the Ensenada chicken. Disappointing to say the least. The item was not even close to the picture in the menu. The menu advertised one or two chicken breasts. The singular breast I ordered was smaller than my palm and would have been hidden if found in a hamburger bun. The chicken was also overcooked. Service was slow. Had to flag down a waitress when we needed something. The chicken came with the unlimited side salad. I was never offered refills. I asked for the southwestern dressing they use on the chicken for my salad. The waitress said they could provide that flavor. I was given regular ranch. The French fries served at the table were bland and required a lot of salt. Don't forget to look for your hidden straws in the silverware wrap. You may want to try another place.
