Shake Shack - Phoenix

I had the fries, and they were pretty good—nice and fresh. The menu at Shake Shack is fairly typical, so you know what to expect. Prices are a bit higher than usual, but that’s typical for an airport. The line moved quickly, and the staff was friendly. Overall, a great experience!

As someone with celiac disease, I had to find a place to eat at the airport, and although this restaurant didn't have the best reviews, I decided to give it a try. I explained my situation to Kaylee, who was very helpful and relayed my dietary needs to the chefs. I ordered the double smoke-hack burger in a salad bowl, omitting the smoke-hack sauce, with no fries, and I also got an orange dreamsicle shake. I was very pleased with my meal. Options for celiacs at the airport are limited, but this restaurant really delivered! The food was delicious, and I would definitely consider coming back. While I had heard complaints about rude staff, my experience was quite the opposite—everyone was friendly and polite.

I ordered the hamburger with fries on the side. I've heard that Shake Shack is famous for its cheeseburgers. Although I had to wait a bit longer, the burger turned out juicy, fresh, and delicious to the last bite. The fries were golden brown and crispy. I enjoyed them dipped in Shake Shack's hot sauce. I didn't receive all the toppings I requested, but I still had a great experience.

Kaylee in the register is probably the most rude person I've ever met. Please check all my reviews, I leave 5 stars almost all the time, but this is one of the few exceptions. Travellers are at Sky Harbor Airport.

Fast great tasting diner burger in terminal 3. It was made fast and tastes great. Price is not bad for an airport too!
