Feedback gevenOn January 11, 2023, the employee who was closing at 6:40 PM informed me that they officially close at 7 PM, yet she said she couldn’t take my order because she was closing early. What's the logic in that?
I arrived at the drive-thru at 6:38 p.m. on a Friday night. According to Google Maps, they were supposed to be open until 7:00. However, the person on the intercom informed me that they were already closed. Really disappointing.
I came in wed April 7th like 6:58 pm. There was a very sweet young lady behind the counter. Let me just say this, she was the nicest most welcoming Starbucks worker I have ever encountered. I ordered a drink and I’m pretty sure she was all but close physically and I didn’t realize and I apologized and told her nvm and I just felt bad. As I am to in the restaurant industry as well . She denied my cancel request and happily made my drink anyway. She absolutely made my night. This young lady was spectacular at customer service and I would know I been bartending almost 20 years. I wish I would of caught her name. But she now made it to where ide rather walk into frys and get my coffee then go through a drive through. That’s quality service. Grade A+ for effort and attitude and work ethic. Not to mention was literally the best tasting Mocha Frap I’ve had. Thank you ? we do appreciate and notice u. Your hard work does not go unnoticed my dear!
Every time I have used this Starbucks for my latte I'm always disappointed. They got my order wrong, coffee espresso shots were extremely bitter, no foam on the latte, and too hot. Every time. Will not be going to the Starbucks again they've used all their tries.
This was my first visit to a Starbucks, and I was quite disappointed. My husband ordered a small French Vanilla Cappuccino for $5, but he received only half a cup of Vanilla Hazelnut instead. Thankfully, I'm not allergic to nuts, but I still found the experience frustrating. I won't be returning to another Starbucks. Overall, I was very let down.
